SHOP POLICIES:
Once we receive all personalization details, including picture and texts you'd like to use, we send you a digital proof within 24 hours via communication method you chose. We MUST receive an approval from you before we start printing, so please keep a look out for a message from us. This ensures that your products get shipped in a timely manner - delay in responses will also delay shipping times.
We are not responsible for lost items. With the current rise in porch/mail theft, we ask that you track your shipment as closely as possible. ALL of our products are shipping via USPS and tracking numbers are always provided with your order. If there are any problems with shipping, we are unfortunately unable to do anything on our end and recommend contacting your local USPS office.
Due to the nature of customized products, we are unable to accept/process returns. However, if there are any visible damages to your product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with pictures, and we will be happy to work with you to come up with a solution.
